Financial Aid

There is limited financial support available to SSCS graduate students through the School of Architecture and Planning. It mostly consists of semester-long teaching and research assistantships (usually involving 10 hours/week of work). Other scholarship opportunities specifically fit to support SSCS graduate work exist at the university level (e.g., Magi Endowment for the Liturgical Arts, CUA Graduate Tuition fellowship) but they are highly competitive and dependent on a student's academic standing (GPA and, sometimes, GRE scores) and proposal of study .When SSCS faculty have research funding, they often hire graduate students as research assistants for a semester or longer.
